Delete Your Hi3D Scan Account

Hi3D Scan is provided by Oceano HK Holding Limited. You can request deletion of your Hi3D Scan account and associated data either in the app or by email.

Delete Your Account in the App

Sign in to Hi3D Scan.
Open Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Review the warning and confirm account deletion.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access the app, email hi3dscan_reply@hi3d.ai from the address associated with your Hi3D Scan account. Use the subject Hi3D Scan account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data Deleted

After a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify data associated with your account, including:

account and profile information;
uploaded videos and related reconstruction inputs;
generated 3D models, model metadata, and account history;
ratings, feedback, and other content linked to the account.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. These records are kept only for the period required for those purposes. Isolated backup copies may remain until they are removed through our regular backup cycles and are not used for other purposes.

Analytics and operational logs that have already been de-identified are not linked back to a deleted account.
